Shipping and return purchase

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are sent by LA POSTE delivered without signature. We send you a link to track your package online.

Product returns are possible. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer. You must inform us in advance of the reasons for the return to the address latoisondouce@laine-mohair.com

Attach a RIB with the returned item so that we can proceed with its refund.
